To your right is a buddy icon also known as an Avatar.
[edit] How to make one
You'll need a image editor, like Inkscape or Paint, and an image you want to make into a buddy icon.
- Rotate the buddy icon to the desired position
- Open a image editor
- Cut off everything around the edge until you get to the bread crust.
- Save the file and upload the image to the place where you want to use your desired buddy icon.
- You're done. It should look like this:
